Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

Somatic. Relational. Neurobiological. I am an integrative therapist offering grounded, compassionate and effective therapy for a richer, more relational life. Sessions are available online and in-person.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I have seen firsthand how life’s challenges can affect health, relationships, and wellness. I bring this understanding to my work as a therapist, blending medical insight with a compassionate therapeutic approach.

My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

I am a kind, compassionate man who is warm, genuine and accepting. I use a variety of modalities including Trauma informed, attachment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused. I have a depth of experience and I am adept at creating hope.
